ADU Height Limitations

The maximum height of the ADU in Redondo Beach should be less than the height of the main house. A one-story ADU can have a maximum height of up to fifteen feet. The maximum height for a two-storey ADU has been set at twenty-five feet. The height is calculated taking into account the slope of the roof and the exterior design.

Building coverage
